Each employee has their own personal account where they can monitor service appointments, view their schedule, and check their personal financial reports.
Depending on the employee's role, they can manage other users, oversee all company service appointments, and change system settings.
The appointment booking system takes into account the work schedules of employees and the company. The system automatically calculates the required time for each service and displays only available slots, avoiding overlaps and conflicts. An online booking form can be enabled for clients, allowing them to schedule appointments at any time, select a specialist, and choose a suitable available time. Additionally, SMS notifications can be set up to confirm bookings and send reminders about upcoming visits. If needed, appointments can be modified, canceled, or rescheduled.
The system provides various types of reports on employee workload, revenue, and efficiency.
